super easy homemade ketchupWhen you have an over abundance of ripened garden tomatoes and don’t know what to do with them all, think Homemade Ketchup.  Much healthier and a lot less sugar.  Best part, super easy.

  • Prep Time: 45m


  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 c onions, diced
  • 1 lb fresh ripened tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup


  1. put all ingredients in pot and turn on med-high until boil
  2. simmer low for 30minutes, then break down with fork, and take off heat
  3. once warm cool, blend with immersion (hand stick blender). allow to cool fully. store in air tight container in fridge. stores for two weeks or freeze
