Ingredients

  • 3/4 c lemon water *
  • 1/2 c sliced mangos
  • 16 fl oz spring or filtered water

Instructions

  1. to make lemon water. Take organic lemon and in blender, blend whole lemon with 8oz water. Strain and set aside liquid - that's your lemon water.
  2. in blender, add mango and water, blend.
  3. add in lemon water, blend
  4. in glass filled with ice cubes, pour mango lemonade. add your favorite sweetener if desired (mango is sweet enough for me)
