Tastiest Himalayan Salted Cantaloupe & Feta

I love this tasty snack.  It’s super easy to make and healthy too.  Best yet, it is sweet and salty; best of both worlds.   So be guilt free and enjoy this healthy snack.


  • Himalayan Salt – mineral in the salt creates electrolyte balance, increases hydration, balance pH and help to reduce acid reflux
  • cantaloupe – great in potassium, vitamin B’s, magnesium, and fiber
  • Feta cheese – good for calcium, bone health,  vitamin B2, and easy to digest

  • 1/4 c crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 c cubed cantaloupe
  • himalayan salt


  1. if you have a himalayan salt block, place cantaloupe on salt block. Add feta. let sit for a few minutes to allow salt to absorb in cantaloupe. serve.
  2. If you do not have himalayan salt block. In a bowl or dish, add cantaloupe, feta, and sprinkle to taste himalayan salt. serve.
