- 1/4 c crumbled feta cheese
- 1 c cubed cantaloupe
- himalayan salt
- if you have a himalayan salt block, place cantaloupe on salt block. Add feta. let sit for a few minutes to allow salt to absorb in cantaloupe. serve.
- If you do not have himalayan salt block. In a bowl or dish, add cantaloupe, feta, and sprinkle to taste himalayan salt. serve.
