Irresistible Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Frappuccino

Irresistible Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Frappuccino

Frappuccinos can be pricey, as well as unhealthy.  Getting your coffee fix and chocolate-peanut butter craving fix in one shot is something very desirable.    This healthy version of a Frappuccino will get you smiling and loving that reeses peanut butter cup flavor.

I confess, I love hot fudge sundaes with peanut butter sauce.  (hey, a girl needs a little bad in her life. lol).  But because of the sugar and calories, I figured there had to be a healthier version to try.  And if it’s healthy, I could have it for breakfast, right? (smile).  So, add some of your (healthy brewing way) coffee with cocoa powder, peanut butter powder (I use PB2, find it in any grocery store), milk, and sweetener of choice and BINGO….a healthy chocolate peanut butter frappuccino.

Benefits

cocoa powder  – contains antioxidants, a mood booster, and good for your cardiovascular

peanut butter – good fiber, protein, and even has magnesium and  potassium

coffee – has antioxidants, nutrients such as vitamin B’s
